Food From The Ground Up, a leading brand in the Our Home portfolio, engaged Hello There to create compelling content and strengthen its digital positioning. The goal was to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and support key retail relationships. Over a 3+ year partnership, Hello There collaborated closely with the Our Home team to reimagine content direction, cultivate an engaged social media audience, drive awareness through influencer partnerships, and develop performance-focused ads.

CONTENT

We have developed a diverse range of assets for Food From The Ground Up, catering to various company needs such as retail displays, web content, advertisements, social media, and tradeshows. To distinguish this brand from Our Home’s other snacking brands, we focus on targeting a millennial female audience. We've crafted a unique brand world through our choice of models, styling, messaging, and creative selections.

To complement our lifestyle and product content, we continuously develop recipe assets aimed at millennial consumers who use social media for culinary inspiration and saving recipes.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Building an engaged community was a crucial aspect of our strategy. We implemented a robust plan designed to attract and maintain an active and loyal following. By utilizing interactive content such as polls, quizzes, and live sessions, we were able to significantly increase engagement and following.

When Yensa approached Hello There Collective, the primary objective was to increase performance across all digital touchpoints. Yensa sought to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales through a comprehensive digital strategy. To address these challenges, Hello There Collective formulated a multifaceted plan, focusing on four key areas: messaging and content refresh, ad strategy, influencer programming, and social media management.

STRATEGY

Our primary objective was to effectively target Yensa’s top-performing demographic—Millennials and Gen X—which had been underrepresented in the model and creator content. This strategic shift aimed to increase engagement and brand loyalty within this key audience segment.

To address this challenge, we reimagined Yensa’s content direction to adopt an elevated and moodier aesthetic. This new visual strategy aimed to align more closely with the preferences and lifestyles of Millennials and Gen X, while also positioning Yensa competitively alongside Chantecaille and Merit Beauty.
